Before becoming the founder and director of Do Adventures Peru, Walter was born on a small farm in a Quechua town south of Cusco where the main activity of his parents was herding and agriculture. He was separated from his parents at 4 years old to be taken to the city of Cusco where he studied all his studies away from his parents from kindergarten to university so that one day, he might do something for his family. From a very young age he always stood out for exploring and investigating places not frequented by people, and that is how he became interested in studying tourism and languages such as English, Portuguese and French.
While he was studying at the university, worked for 2 years in the sales area for a local company, then finally as a tour guide for 7 years, making the dream of many Portuguese, English, and Spanish-speaking travelers come true of knowing Machu Picchu.
What was just a dream for many years finally in 2018 makes it real, founding a travel agency formally with all the experience gained in its more than 9 years of work and with the clear objective of providing job opportunities for the most forgotten people of towns like where he was born.
